Hey guys! It’s Taylor. So, for this time around we’re all going to talk about our writing spaces with pictures included.
Confession time: It’s been a while (like a few years, maybe :/) since I’ve had an actual writing routine. My routine use to include a hot cup of tea with enough sugar to put a normal person into a diabetic coma. I would climb into bed and turn my electric blanket on because electric blankets are awesome, and would write on my computer.
I honestly don’t know what happened to that routine, but I’ve lately just been writing when inspiration strikes and sans tea. But my comfy bed and electric blanket are still included! Now, though, I can’t adjust the heat setting on my blanket because I may or may not have spilled my vanilla milkshake on the controller. Oops. RIP Controller.
Another thing that might be worth mentioning is when I write I HATE to be interrupted, like it’s one of my biggest pet peeves. I could’ve been on the verge of a writing breakthrough but because someone needed to ask me a random question, we will never know. (More than likely, I was simply on the verge of a crappy sentence, but hey, a crappy sentence is better than no sentence!)
But I think that’s enough rambling for tonight. Here’s my comfy bed where I write. I would also like to point out that the pink blanket is not mine. It is, in fact, my cat’s because she’s spoiled, and claimed it the first night I got her.
See you guys in two weeks!

You seem to have issues with electronics, dear. Milkshakes? Toilets? 🙂
I feel ya on being interrupted. My characters often suffer the consequences of a knock on my door or a tap on the shoulder. Something miraculous is on the tip of my tongue… and then it’s gone. Oh well, guess the love interest will just DIE in the next chapter. No biggie 😉
Yeah, technology and I have a love-hate relationship.
I get so frustrated when I’m in the zone. It’s not easy to get to that deep writing place, but it sure is easy to get out of it
Also, this comment didn’t show up on my post. Weird.
